Cherryl's Bridal Policy

• Payment Options - Currently Cherryl's Bridal accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal for online purchases.  For purchases in our physical location, we also accept cash and personal checks.
  • Please note that if you are paying via a credit/debit card, your card will not be charged until we are certain we can get the item in time for your event.  That is why it is very important to notetate the actual wear date when placing your order.

• Taxes - No tax will be added to shipments outside of hte state of Mississippi.  Mississippi shipped orderes will be charged a 7% sales tax.

• Shipping Policy - UPS is our default shipper for gowns and shoes.  For smaller items, we use USPS Priority Mail or 1st class mail.  All international purchases must email us in advance for quotes on shipping rates as they vary for each country. 
  • Please note that international purchases may also incur import related taxes and duties that are in addition to the shipping costs.  Since every country has its own system, we cannot keep track of them all.

• Returns/Cancellations - Due to the nature of our product offering, Cherryl's Bridal currently does not accept returns/exchanges/refunds/cancellations.  Almost every Special Occasion dress store has a NO refund/exchange/return policy.
  • Cherryl's Bridal inspects every dress to be sure it is the correct style, color and size.  We also inspect all the beading, embroidery, the hems and seams.
  • Special Occasion items are often only worn once or a few times and some individuals would try to return their purchase after their occasion.
  • Other stores selling this type of item might claim to take returns, but if you read the fine print you will see that this does not include "Special Ordered" dresses.  Which for most stores is 80% of their gowns.  Still others will accept returns with conditions and charge a restocking free.  Be aware that ordering from this type of store, there is a chance your dress has been restocked after being worn by another individual.
  • We are still experimenting with different policy ideas and would like to hear your feedback.

• Security - Your online credit card information is secured with PCI Data Security Standards with industry standard encryption. 

• Dress Availability - Availability can change daily as prom season hits its peak.  Make your selection early if possible.  We have a very large inventory of prom dresses that is constantly replenished throughout the year.  If you are looking for a style that we don't have in our inventory, feel free to email us.  As we can order gowns from most any prom manufacturer.

• Sizing - Most manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing the correct size.  We try to make as many available right here as possible.  Be sure to measure carefully.  Size charts are helpful, but not always perfect.  Remember that you can always take up a gown that is too large, but you can't let it out if you order too small.  If your measurements are on the border it is usually wise to take the larter size and plan on having it altered.  Most girls do require some alterations to get a perfect fit.  Please don't hesitate to email or call Cherryl's Bridal if you have any size questions.  (888)287-6169.

    • Bust:  Have someone measure the fullest part of your bust. 
    • Waist:  Have sometone measure your natural waistline.
    • Hips:  Measure the fullest prt of your hips.
