For our Prom & Pageant Customers

1. Our first tip is to see if the gown is listed to order in our ONLINE STORE.  If so, all you need to do is simply click on the icon to Buy It.  In the notes section, please tell us the size and color that you need and when your wear date is to ensure that we can get the gown in time for your event. 
2. If you do not see the dress you would like to order listed in our online store; please print out, fill in and fax back to us the Prom & Pageant Dress Order Form.

For our Wedding Customers

1. Brides must print, fill in and fax to us the Wedding Registration Form to Order Dresses.
2. AFTER this form has been received and confirmed, bridesmaids and/or Flower Girls may order by printing the Order Form.pdf and faxing it to us.

For our Tuxedos

1. Brides must print, fill in and fax to us the Wedding Registration Form for Tuxedos.
2. AFTER this form has been recevied and confirmed, groomsmen may order by printing the dress order from and fax it to us.
